In today's age of Internet, people sometimes argue that "a real estate agent really doesn't do much for you these days". I disagree. While Joanne Goneau did do all of the quintessential real estate transactions accurately and expediently, it was more what she "didn't do" that sold us in working with her.
She didn't push us against our will just for the sale, she didn't keep us waiting when we needed her to call, she didn't cast us aside after the sale was complete and she didn't take us or our feelings for granted....not ever.
