| Most new home builders will co-operate with real estate agents because they want agents to bring buyers to see the new home models and lot availability. But the general rule is: the agent must accompany the buyer on the buyer's first visit to that site.
Builders have their own purchase contracts and often will not allow the agent to negotiate for the builder, however, I can still offer suggestions on how you should negotiate for free upgrades, landscaping packages, lower financing and other helpful tips.
If you want to see any of the new home sites and wish for me to assist you, please discuss with me your requirements ahead of the builder visits and then I will schedule an appointment for us.
